As Sherringham Group’s Director of Development, Peter leads the strategic planning, design, and execution of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate projects. 
 
With 30 plus years of industry experience in managing end-to-end development processes, Peter collaborates closely with all stakeholders to ensure projects are brought to life efficiently, effectively and on budget. His role at Sherringham Group emphasizes market analysis and identification, market and business case development, site acquisition, and management and co-ordination of regulatory bodies, project consultants and construction services. 
 
Peter puts his personal stamp on each development and works diligently to realize business objectives without compromising the highest standards of quality and compliance. 
 
Off duty, Peter and his wife Ereca live in North Saanich and enjoy exploring the West Coast while sailing.
