Industrial
There is a shortage of suitably zoned industrial spaces on Southern Vancouver Island and we have navigated this by developing our own industrial spaces. With that learning and experience, we’re now working with clients on industrial land projects of their own, to suit their specific needs.
Land Development
We began our land development journey by building up our own land holdings portfolio on Southern Vancouver Island. We’ve now grown that business into a portfolio of industrial warehousing and retail commercial developments.
