Justin Young

President

Justin was born an entrepreneur and has been a business owner for most of his life.
His expertise in retail, real estate and technology runs long and deep. In high school, Justin saw an opportunity and seized it becoming responsible for the grounds maintenance of 26 public schools. As a teenager, he purchased his first rental property.

Justin’s early employment with a national hard goods retailer was a catalyst for a life-long career of ever-expanding roles in retail spanning 40 years. He currently owns and operates the largest family owned and operated retail store in British Columbia with over 175 employees.

Justin holds a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. He has developed many unique retail computer applications that have enabled significant improvements in retail and customer service processes. These performance applications have been scaled and deployed on a national level.

Justin and his wife Shelley have been married for over 20 years and are proud parents of two teenage boys.
