Following a highly respected, thirty-year career in law enforcement that included major crimes and organized crimes, Frank transitioned his stealth intuition, disciplined focus and ability to work as an integrated team to a new life calling, working with like-minded people to identify and optimize land opportunities that address gaps in the market and deliver value to multiple stakeholders. 

Respected for structuring clean, fair agreements, Frank’s goal orientation, ability to establish meaningful connections and his decisive nature make him an invaluable member of the Sherringham group of Directors. Frank’s well-honed observation and listening skills are compounded by his ability to ask the right questions at the right time. He is a finisher and knows how to get things done. Frank and his wife Bonnie live in Victoria where they are raising their children.
